Stephen is a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy with over a decade of experience specializing in the care of the geriatric population. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), he brings a unique blend of expertise in strength training and rehabilitation to address a wide range of functional impairments.

With a passion for empowering patients with Parkinson's Disease, Stephen holds advanced certifications in LSVT-BIG and PWR!Moves, two evidence-based treatment approaches specifically designed to improve mobility, function, and overall independence in individuals living with Parkinson's.

Driven by a deep commitment to helping others, he finds immense fulfillment in guiding both patients and their families toward achieving their personal goals. Whether it's enhancing mobility, reducing fall risk, or improving overall quality of life, Stephen strives to provide compassionate care that fosters confidence, resilience, and lasting results.

Above all, he believes in a patient-centered approach, tailoring each therapy session to the individual’s unique needs and goals, and celebrating every step forward in their journey toward optimal health and well-being.

Kathy Lawrence, PT, DPT, is a deeply committed and compassionate Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 25 years of experience. She began her journey in physical therapy by earning her Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1999 and further advanced her expertise by completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at A.T. Still University in 2005.

For much of her career, Kathy specialized in serving the geriatric population. Four years ago, she transitioned her focus to treating individuals with neurological disorders, offering both in-home outpatient and clinic-based outpatient physical therapy services. As a certified specialist in LSVT BIG and PWR!Moves for Parkinson’s disease, Kathy is also certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Balance-Based Torso-Weighting (BBTW). This diverse skill set enables her to address a wide range of functional impairments with a holistic, patient-focused approach.

Kathy’s passion lies in providing personalized care that empowers individuals to overcome challenges and achieve their highest potential. Her sessions are designed to foster independence, build confidence, and enhance quality of life—no matter the diagnosis, age, or barriers a client may face. Guided by her mission to deliver transformative care, Kathy is committed to helping her clients thrive through innovative and compassionate physical therapy interventions.

Jessica is a speech-language pathologist, specializing in treatment of the geriatric population. Jessica focuses on treatment of patients with cognitive impairments, related to neurodegenerative diseases. Jessica holds certification in Lee Silverman Voice Treatment program for patients with Parkinson’s. Jessica is a Master Clinician is cognitive-communication disorders
